nyahahaha... bro Bim, mga 2nd hand ra ni akoa diri. wla ko maka kita'g reason na mo upgrade ug platform woi... hehehe... nalingaw lang ko kay barato ra akoang napalit na used items... whapak kaayo... hehehe...

tungod sa ka bz sa akoang work diri... mag games ko ug 30 mins then usahay, mo abot ug 1 hr pero very seldom ra gyud kaayo... 30 mins kay dukaon naman ko... its my sleeping pill... hehehe...

Sakit sa buot ang DDR4 RAM prices. Mahal ra gyud. Ni barato daw GPU prices due to the mining crash pero mura man ug wala.

tulo napud balik ang desktop PC nko diri... hehehe... all 3 are DINOSAURS but, can still do their job "really" well, And again, i don't see any reason to upgrade into the latest platform...

akoang gi pabarog balik ang mini-ITX... components from Cebu, akoang gi dala diri'g balik sa Taipei. para magamit nko balik ang extra na mini-ITX case (ka lawom ug justification noh? wwweeee... hehehehe...) then ang extra ordinary casing (mao ni ang naa sa first page ai), gi palitan nko'g used components then gamit ug HTPC... bnew component ani niya kay ang 120 GB SSD ra. bahala na'g bati nawong ang casing... function man siya as intended (Ubuntu 18.04.1 LTS OS, AMD FM1 platform - A4-3300 w/ HD 7770 gpu. naka palit man ko diri aning used HD 7770 for 500 php equivalent. so akoang gi bunalan... pwede ra gud unta wla ning HD 7770 kay more than enough naman ning iGPU sa A4-3300 for a HTPC... "katol sa kamot ani atoang passion is real"... bwehehehehe... , lolo na ko aning passion nato ra ba as i was bitten by the PC DIY viper since 1991 (the year i bought my first PC - an 8088 XT 5.0 Mhz). daghan diri sa PC discussion thread sa istorya, wala pa ma tawo sa kalibutan sa pag sugod nko'g pag ka yabag aning gasto2x sa atoang negative passion... tsk tsk tsk...

at last, had configured the 32 GB memory (4 x 8 GB) running @ its stock 1600 MHz speed in tandem w/ the 4.4 GHz OC (CPU cooling provided by a Cooler Master Hyper 212X Turbo)... before this, the mem modules are just running at 1333 MHz and will not boot @ 1600 MHz. this platform of mine is s "Dinosaur" in today's standard as Ryzen and Coffee Lake are available but, hey, this platform of more still provides ample juice to my video editing app and FPS games as well as it still can unleash the power of the RX-580 (factory OC'ed)...

I rest my case on OC'ing this rig for now...

again, my rig is a Dinosaur... its a Relic... but w/ a kick... hehehehe,,,

CPU and GPU usage in playing Battlefield 1 multiplayer online (64 players) @ Ultra GFX quality preset (1080p).., the GPU, RX-580 8GB running @ 100% utilization while the CPU. FX-8320 @ 4.4 GHz with all 8 cores is just running below 80%... a CPU & GPU pairing that were meant to be...not bad at all...





the temps on both CPU and GPU are awesome on heavy use (3 hrs nko nag duwa diri. including GPU burn-in, nag lipong2x ang tiguwang woi. bwahahaha)... but damn, look at the ram utilization... its "10.15" GB for the whole system... only the OS (Win 10), Windows Defender, Radeon Adrenalin, Origin and Battlefield 1 were running...
