I'll be going to cebu soon and it would be my first time to visit the place.. aside from being a beach buddy.. i would love to taste cebu's nightlife at its finest. ive heard resto bars in cebu are more likely the same of what we have here in manila.. any suggestions to where can i enjoy good food, fantastic music and warm people.. thanks!
