What's the best FREE Anti-Virus program?

hi there! i just wanna know what's the best free anti-virus program today...

The ratings say 1. Avira 2. avast! 3. AVG

I prefer avast! among the three, though, free Avira is more crippled.

Avira AntiVir bai

ayaw mo ug AVG (at least the Free edition)

i just tested these 3 (for 2-3weeks each), well, not much sa avast since its definition of 'free'is 60-days only. Avira is fast and good in detection pero it can't 'heal' infections most of the time and pinaka samok sa tulo (sige lang ug prompt). AVG is good in healing pero not much in detection, ni lusot gihapon ang rontok worm sa sa AVG on 2 PC's sa amoa.

consider buying Eset's NOD32

don't bother with the new mcafee and/or norton offerings kay they take up a lot of system resources (i know coz i still use 3 P3 systems)

avast! is FREE LIFETIME for home users. You only have to register for free and renew every year (also free).

no antivirus has been perfect.... updates are meant for previous Infections, not for the upcoming viruses.. hehehhe.... thats the whole truth bout antiviruses.
