Hi nnyu.

mo ask ra unta ko knsa naka experience dri ug "Eczema" (hands/feet).
mag balik2x rman jd xia. abi nku na wala na kay murag clear na ang blisters sa aku kamot ug tiil.
nang paksi npud ang mga skin na feel nku nag renew na aku skin.

pero after a day kay murag mo balik napud ang blisters dn murag mo baga akung skin. mo katol npud balik.

if ever knsa to naka experience diha dn na tambalan nnyu please share your thoughts para ma wala nani.
months nku nag suffer ani.. lisud kayu e.work kay samok kayu sa kamot.

Better consult a dermatologist for proper diagnosis, intervention and medication.

ako sa una mapahiran lang ug floucinonide cream mawala ra dayun pero mobalik ra pud.. so mao ra to floucinonide kung naa..

pero after pila ka years naay time nga dili na siya patoo ug floucinonide.. pa check up kog derma dayun gi resetaan ko sa ilang tag 400 nga cream.. wa epek..

mao tong balik kog floucinonide cream dayun ako jud gi straight apply 2 times a day for 2 months.. mag 1 month na ron wala na mobalik ako eczema.. i hope di na.. hehehe

naa rana sa mga pharmacy.. unfortunately kasagaran mga baligya sa mga pharmacies kay kana mang darker green container.. ang amo ginapalit jud kay katong lighter green container which is kasagaran baligya naa sa mga muslim nga stalls...

As what my derma told me, eczema or skin asthma will never go away. Balik2x ra na. It worsens if the weather is too hot.

I have skin asthma all over my body. Balhin2x lang siya. Karon its on my legs, my Derma doctor told me not to shave yet but couldnt do it. I dont want to wear jeans or leggings kay samot siya ma itchy. Especially when I take them off na when I get home. I usually wear dress or shorts. So I shaved and bahala na naa pa ang eczema sa ako legs, kevs na lang sa mga taw mu stare. Di man sila ga bayad sa derma and ga palit sa tambal. Lol.

Her advice was to never stay in the shower too long. Dont scratch (which is so hard to follow). If pwede daw, aircon everywhere iya e resita sa ako. Hehehe.

Its better TS if you consult a dermatologist.

mas effective ang lighter green.. kani nga pagka green pilia which is also what i use:



basta mas effective ang mapalit sa mga muslim kaysa mapalit sa pharmacy.. ambot ngano.. hehehe
