i have to be blunt...

salary-wise (in order)
1.) call center/BPO
2.) IT Software Dev/Test/Support

career-wise --> kani naa ra gyud ni nimo... sad reality, more and more people now are not really able to land in their "college courses"...

I agree with sa previous replies TS, if you're aiming nga dagko sweldo go for BPO jobs. But if you wan't your 4-5 years of hardship nga naay meaning go with jobs related sa imong course, bitter truth though gagmay ang starting sa mga non-BPO companies compared sa mga BPO especially entry-level jobs.

Thanks for the reply . I think as a fresh graduate i have to make a choice career-wise or salary wise. Pero kaluoy sa ginoo naa untay right job for me. College course should have a matching job/ career when you finish it hehe. Its a sad reality here in our country, there are not much of choices for jobs in the Philippines.

Sakto, my friends working call center jobs in Cebu are paid higher salary compared to those working in here in Cagayan de Oro.

Thanks for the reply. Working there is great advantage i think. There are lots of BPO companies offering jobs in Cebu. I guess I need to choose working between BPO or Non-BPO
