Car Cleaning and Automobile cleaning tips?

I know majority of istoryans here in prefers DIY.

Hence, I thought of making this thread. I, myself prefer to wash my car DIY. And even detail it DIY. So, Anyone of you guys who wish to share your tips, and tricks. And your DIY solutions for care care for washing, Exterior Detailing or interior detailing, it might help out our fellow istoryans to keep their rides neat and fresh.

wash from top to bottom... not up and down... all up, then all mid area then down... use big sponge, pail, squeegee, microtex towel and chamoi...
then wax if it's regularly baked under the sun...
para iwas lapok sa garahe, pag pressure wash sa singko2x...

all DIY.

1 to 2x a year I do this steps for my exterior.

1) Wash the car using 2 buckets, washmitts for the upper and belt line. Wash the wheels ans tires and the Wells 1st. After the bubbly I thoroughly rinse then dry.
2)inspect and decontaminate
3) correct any defects
4)Seal paint.
5)Dress trims and wheels

Maintenance 1x or every 2 weeks
1) Wash
2)Dry
3)Reply wax if needed
4)Reapply dressing

foam gd na brad, with egg crate like on top... kanang gamit sa hospital to bed ridden patients...

sakto na ingon nila nga start from top to bottom , nindut na hose down sa nimo ang sakyanan , pasiritan tubig kum baga kung naay mga hugaw na nidikit para muhumok.

nya mas nindot adto ka hugas sa covered area, not in direct sunlight

top to bottom jud. But in my opinion mas better to wash the wheels/tires/wells firsy; then top to bottom using new solutions.

Another important jud kay NEVER wash a car na init pa paint and even init pa ang hood.
