The best thing we can do to help our fellow poor countrymen is to "educate" them.

I would not give cash or money to them.. instead give them food and shelter or diba subra ninyo nga sanina (clothes) then educate them.. ug hatagan nimo na silag kwarta e sugal na or diba e adis2x nila ma punta ras walay hinungdan.

Tell the government to give them jobs... Like streetcleaning or something

I just pray for our country, our people and the world before going to sleep. I believe God will give us a character of contentment. I believe it is the greed of the rich few and the jealousy of the many have-nots(including me) which is causing much trouble in our land. If God will touch our hearts, then imagine how peaceful, our world will be.

im just wondering why there are less replies. i can see many topic starters and many discussions about gma and our countries problem. but when it comes to helping, nobody seems to care. hehehehe. very funny indeed.

This is how we filipinos become unique. We are so eager to show our keen interest on our political system, making some criticisms and appreciations but when it comes to lending our hands towards others it seems the hardest thing to do..

Indeed, helping one another is the best thing we can do for ourselves, for our family and for our country.

volunteer. Couples for Christ has Gawad Kalinga. building homes for the poorest of the poor. more or less like habitat for humanity.

pwede sad give one full meal for one homeless person. kanang makabusog gud niya ba. wa ta kahibaw, basi last niyang kaon nga tarong basi tuig na ang ni agi.bisan kausa lang gud!
