    Default Windows Security Alert question

Why is it that my Windows Security Alert alway pops up from time to time with the message saying that my Anti-Virus is off? when in fact my anti-virus is always blocking some malwares, trojans and viruses actively. I even get notices from my anti-virus every time it detects suspicious wares or threats, yet this red shield icon or the Win Security Center- says my AV is turned off?

What shall I do? should i turn it on through the Windows Security Center together with the automatic updates or just ignore it?

    Suggestions naman dyan mga masters!

yah! imong i check box gani ang option... adto sa SECURITY CENTER, then it should show you 3 things FIREWALL, AUTOMATIC UPDATES and VIRUS PROTECTION...you can see in the VIRUS PROTECTION a button there which is "RECOMMENDATIONS..." click that button...then there should a checkbox telling you "I have an antivirus program that i'll monitor myself. .... then finish that pop should not bother you no more... PEACE
