Canity - Night Shift mi bro kay US ang support. US Business hours: 8AM - 8PM so 8PM to 8AM Local or Manila Time. Pero ang kanindot kay Sat-Sun gyud ang RD. Then if US Holidays, wala work.

Nope were are not under teletech or to any other BPO's. We are a captive site, which means we are direct employees of United Health Group.
