Preferably licensed Civil Engineer
With excellent drawing interpretation skills and knowledge
2 - 4 years of working construction experience in a supervisory role
Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office
Must have an architectural technical background, building, and structural understanding of all rules, regulations, policies and procedures that apply to general construction
Possess and demonstrate leadership and supervisory skills
Must be prepared to work under pressure and regard his/her work as a challenge
Must be able to address a wide spectrum of people, from unskilled to professional
HONEST
With valid driver's license

Job Description:
Supervise/Technical Assistants in building, civil and structural works
Carry out necessary inspection & checking at site
Preparation of work order to sub-contractor
Site work quality control
Ensure effective use of material & machinery at site
Check & acknowledge receipts of material delivered at site
Lead all skilled & unskilled workers and implement instructions from superiors
Undertake any and all other duties & responsibilities as instructed by project manager
Able to handle correspondence regarding site matters
