Need help to build gaming PC

Hi mga ka istorya.. patabang ko build sakto specs ang BUDGET nako 30K sakto.. note guys CPU lang. no monitor keyboard mouse.. Prefer ta nako AMD na build ug sa video card na nindot and 8GB ram.. than can Run 1080p games like Watch Dogs, Battlefield 4, Assassins creed pirate.. NBA 2k15 etc...

Please help mga expert.. need ur advice jud and if possible asa mapalit na mga specs inyo ghatag na store sa cebu city lang.. Salamat

cpu: i3 4th gen (5k-5.5k)
mobo: any h81 (2k-2.5k)
ram: 2x4gb (4k-4.5k)
gpu: gtx 750ti (7k-7.5K)
psu: 500w Silverstone (2.5k-3k)
hdd: 500gb-1tb wd (2k-2.5k)
case: ? depends on your looks (2k?)

these are brand new parts total of 27.5k
pero mas maka save ka if sa buy and sell section ka mo palit.

@Dansuy if mag A10 ka based on your question man gud that u need a Video Card, well for APU CPU you don't a discrete Video Card, my suggestion is based on the budget you provided. so i decided to get the intel for you for a GPU. but since you want to get the AMD:

cpu: a10-6000k+ (6k-6.5k)
cooler: air cooling or close loop (maybe 2k-3k)??
mobo: any a55 (3k-3.5k)
ram: 2x4gb (4k-4.5k)
gpu: no need (apu)
psu: 500w Silverstone (2.5k-3k)
hdd: 1tb wd (2.5k-3k)
case: ?? depends on your looks (2k-3k?)

total price: 26k-27k php
