Sample computation lang:
Down payment: more or less 3k dependi sa motor
Monthly payment: more or less 2.5k for 2 yrs.
Rent sa imo motor: 125/day X 30days = 3,750 less 2.5k for monthly payment = 1,250/month imo income for 2yrs
After ana imo na ang 3,750 nga monthly for 2yrs
Total income for first 2yrs - 30k
Total income for next 2yrs - 90k
Plano pani nku TS wla pani ma materialize nku ky nangita pku og tarong habal-habal driver dri sa amoa lugar. Daghan na ni duol nku but ako pa lang gi hashasan og ayo. Imagine Nag work ka nya at the same time nag dawatan sad ka daily.

retail store. ive been operating since january(5 months ago). i think ma considered ni nga passive kay at least dili kaayo binding sa time unlike work (nag callcenter ko ug nag police sa una)as long as maayo ang management ug dili buluyagon imong sale staff. diha lang jud mag labad imong ulo kung lean season. dako pud kaayo kag ngisi inig peak. ups and downs pero if ma fully understand nimo ang trend sa imong business through experience ug ma control na nimo imong mga expectations through forecasting, mas naa nakay peace of mind. then again, i think for the business to really be sustainable, you have to be hands on. its not too much work pag maka perfect ka ug system which is what im working on right now. peace
