    para ma emphasize lang jud akong biceps og shoulder blades. Been working out for a year pero wa jud ko nagka abs. Lisod man, at least kung kana lang mada da ra haha

    two reasons:

    for happy hormones to perk me up coz having the worst summer this year

    and to prove myself that I can go back to my 2014 plan to reach my BMI
    pong pa sa migo nako sauna, maglaway nya sila pohon hahaha

    so far so good jud - i'm on the right track jud sa akong pag gym achieved na nako akong 1year goal in less than 4months

    Purposes why i go to gym every not other day in thrice a week is to have physical conditions and good exercise para ang toxins ma burn also the fats.
