-At the Hotel lobby with flashmob of ur frens
-At the museum
-At the airport inside the runway(pananghid sa manager)
-or mag rent ka ug Helicopter adtu sa taas mag propose(very expensive hehehe)

I think your would-be bride would be so happy because you proposed and not because of the circumstances behind it. Any would do. If ako ang girl, happy nako daan sa proposal pa lang. How much more if nasurprised pajud ko. You know her likes. Surprise her the best way you can.
