Advise For A Cheap-Power Efficient Gaming/Work PC Build

Hello Istoryans

Need advise on what processor to use
I usually create templates, programs and reports with excel through vba
I also occasionally play Guild Wars 2, Diablo 3 and other online MMORPGs
I can also live with medium to low settings so long as my electric bill won't be as high as hell

My budget is 13k to 15k
I initially chose an AMD A10 since I had good feedback about its APU
What are your thoughts?

Ranked the from A as least performer (igo ra) B in between A and C in terms of performance and C as the bang for the buck performer (kaya high settings Dota 2, all mmorpg games, nba2k14 etc)



NOTE:

The motherboard Gigabyte F2a55-mds2 will be replaced with the newest a5x series chipset which is Gigabyte F2a58-mds2 with no extra charge (Free upgrade!)
