Yes they do have the audacity to bully, current scorecard in the SCS disputes is China=2:Vietnam=0. China took the Paracels in 1974 form Vietnam and the Johnson South Reef in 1988. From what I have heard, those previous actions by the PLA-N was what led to us withdrawing from Mischief Reef without a fight...
