    Default how do housing loans work?


    hello sirs/maams ga wonder lng unta ko ug how these work kay gusto unta ko makabalay ug akoa jd puhon, like unsaon pag apply loan? asa mag sugod? or unsay mga pamaagi para maka apply ug loan? or gawas sa loan unsa pamay lain ways para makapalit ug balay?

    Both Pag-ibig and Bank loans are the same, 20% - 30% downpayment (payable depends on the developer) remaining balace will be your loanable amount

    new question: pde ba ang downpayment kay 60% unya ang remaining 40% kay through loan nlng bayaran? thanks diay @GOSPELofROCH sa pagtubag sako mga pangutana

    60% is big enough. why not fully pay it. most people cant save that much. you did anyway. few years nalang cguro antos then buy it with discounted price, rather than paying for interest

    @jaoey naa pud kay point sir but sad to say akong savings layo pa kaayos tinuod haha napa koy lain question pa diay unta, dba sir if example mag start nko rn ug hatag sa pag-ibig para after 2 yrs maka apply nkog loan pero ako pangutana kay unsay mahitabo sa ako gihatag nila nga money? pde to siya nko gamiton pambayad sako gi loan in case d ko kabayad sako monthly dues? unya by the way ok ra to ang 60% down unya 40% bayaran nlng through loan? kay if example ako ra ma loan kay 500k-600k ra nya ako paliton balay ibutang ta lng tag 1m+ so d jd madala ug 20% lng ako e down dba? kay ang remaining 80% kay mga 800k+ naman dba? so pde ra 60% down nlng nya ang remaining 400k through loan nlng bayaran?

    Yes that would be a great advantage kay mas lesser ang interest rate, if ganahan jud ka dako imung loanable amount dako-on nimu imu monthly contribution for 600 i think its 1.5M -2M or mas maau 1.5k kay 6M, but daghan sad factors tan awn ang pag-ibig before sila mo approve sa loan like your Net Disposable Income monthly and as I have told you, lisud ma approve sa pag-ibig if freelancer or online ang work

    If naa kay mga extra money pohon, mas better ang pag ibig kay pwede ra ma deduct sa principal pero daghan lang requirements, kay og bank ka fix najud imo term kun unsa imo g apply
