how can I extract or use a BIN file?? or what is a BIN file anyways??

I *.BIN is not a Windows OS file format. *.BIN is another word for binary file. Sometimes, I encountered the file extension on Linux OS. I had no problem in running it.

Maybe try this http://www.7-zip.org/. I think it can open that format.

.bin can also be a grisoft's AVG antivirus suite update

just be specific. in case ur in doubt

u google it.
from there u'll know what file is it.
and can can u do about it.( burn.copy.edit.extract.update..etc )

.bin edited with a HEX editor is a MAC OS file

game man gud ni siya.. pero naka butang sa iyang file name extension is just filename.BIN and I'm using PC.. naa ba possibility ma extract na siya??

if it's game file ,then why would you extract it?

you either mount it or burn it.

gi try nako ug mount. gamit ang ISO di man mo work. don't know lang sad basin naa ko sayop nga na buhat mao di mo work hehe
