Qualifications:
- Strong English communication skills is essential
- Excellent attendance record
- At least 6 mos - 1 year experience in a call center
- Strong work ethic
- Team player
- Excellent listening skills
- Persuasive, customer-focused and attentive to details
- Willing to learn and take feedback
- Result orientated and motivated
