Hi just to share what i know. Yes it is a captive site for telstra they are opening it on level 8 and 9 ebloc2 for small business and moving homes. Only agents that has a tenurity 6months to any telstra lob is qualified. I happen to know coz i work with telstra by teletech but hopefully be part of the captive site

Yup tinuod na nga naa nai telstra phil. 6 months up nga experience sa account itself. di m.matter if sa TP ka or Teletech. Huwat2 lng kay hapit nah..and mas higher ang pay.
