i tried replying to your pm today. however, it bounced. it says you need to clear up a space on your inbox before you can receive other new personal messages.

la guardia flats 2 with 25sqm. the units are on the upper level 9th and the units are leased for P20,000 + P1,850 (monthly bond). so the full amount of P21,850 will be paid (with postdated cheques).

The units are leased for a year with a provision to extend. units are rented by foreigners who are working within cebu city.

that's my last price as you need not do anything. fully furnished with durable and expensive furnitures and already generating.
