I need some advice on how to deal with noisy neighbor...

so here's the story... the neighbor I am talking about is my cousin. Our family has not gotten along well for a long time. For the past couple of years, everything seems to be fine until he decided to raise some roosters (fighting roosters). roosters are noisy especially in the morning and there are four of them... And if that isnt enough, he decided to put 2 of them right in front of our house.I am a nurse so I work in shifts, and its very difficult for me to sleep in the morning especially with those roosters sounds...

We live in a compound so our house are just a few meters apart, no fences whatsoever. I told him that if it would be possible to place his roosters somewhere far from the house so that it wouldnt be as noisy... long story short, our discussion got heated and he started ranting about i have no right to tell him what to do because the area where the rooster was placed was part of their property.

My plan is to approach him again, ask him nicely if he can move the roosters far away from our house. If things woudnt go smoothly, I intend to ask the Barangay captain for intervention...

Do you have any better ideas? some advice would be greatly appreciated...

ang mga iti sa manok maka cause nag flu sa tao if madugay, especially if hugaw na jud kau ang palibot. There were even proven medical reports stating overtime daw maka meningitis daw na.. I don't know lang pud how true that report is.. TS, your a nurse man, so I think you know the fact how unhealthy jud ang inyong surroundings esp ang manok anang imong ig.agaw naa ra tungod pud sa imong balay.

You tried to negotiate yourself with 'cool minds' to your cousin but despite that, he's still adamant and insisted that it his right kay naa man kaha nakabutang ang mga manok sa iyang property... BUT, don't you know the foul smell sa mga hugaw sa manok, GOES FAR, and again, going back to what I said above.. maka cause nag sakit sa inyo madugay...

If I we're you, if d na madala imong parenti ug pakigstorya nga sibil... GO to your Barangay and ipatawag na siya para mahusay mog klaro jud... THE MORE YOU ARE JUST COMPLACENT nga pawala wala lang sa anang issue ninyo... THE MORE unya magkasakit mo sa madugay... DON'T WAIT FOR THAT TIME WHEN IT'S TOO LATE TO TREAT A FLU/DISEASE...
