Bios - to update or not to update?

motherboard: asus b85m-g, processor i3-4130.. Nakabantay lang ko sa asus site nga ang motherboard ni start lang ug support sa akong procie at an update higher sa current bios version(out of the box).
Current Version - 0410, procie support starts @ 0501 pero ang latest available version is 0705 na. Wa jud ko kabantay nga wala pa diay ni support ang mobo sa akong procie tungod they played well together ug naglikay pud ko unta mag update ug bios kay daghan nko nabasahan nga maka cause ug sudden mobo death. Ug kasagaran sa mga nakita nko nga advices kay as long as everything is running fine, don't perform a bios update daw. Magpa advice lang pud ko sa mga PROs diri kung dpat ba mag update sa bios for my mobo to "officially support" my procie? Any disadvantages kung dili mag update?

di man maguba imo mobo as long as you do it right...
mas nindot kung naa kay ups kay in case mag brown out...
it won't take more than 10 mins...dali ra na...pag-ampo lang di mag brownout

ayaw ka too TS kay naa cya deperencya sa utok. ni Advice pud Beginners pa feeling expert. lol

update lang. safe kayo nang asus aflash or iyang built-in updater. ayaw lang jud within windows pag update. ang verify kadaghan times sakto imo bios gi download.

nakasuway ko asus utility within windows nga bios update...no problems here

Dali rana update bios TS basta di lang ka abtag brown out delikadong ma bricked ang mobo...

flash imu BIOS ky needed sa imu situation. make sure nga dle ka mawad-an ug power during flashing.

tl;dr for BIOS update, if you need it, then upgrade, if you dont need it, well, decide then. haha

^very good advice bro ug mao pud na nabasa nko nga kasagaran advice sa mga taw, ang ako lang pud kay wa ko naka feel sa need to update the bios tungod i haven't encountered any issues YET(pero siguro tungod lang pud kay dli pud ko ingon ana ka sensitive due to lack of experience). Nahibung lang gud ko sa asus nga kung wala pa diay sila nagsugod ug support sa ani nga procie at my current bios version then ma prompted unta ko nga unsupported akong procie or dili ko makaparun sa system using the unsupported procie.. Nakuyawan lang ko mag update even though under warranty pa tungod makatiming nya ko ug corrupt bios nga nabasa nako nga maski ang crash free bios feature even on high end RoG mobos would fail and cause instant mobo death.. Considered ba nga user negligence ang failed bios update due to corrupt bios or sudden power loss?
