Position: Delivery Rider
Work description: Rider will deliver using motorcycle with carrier box. Items to deliver are foods (donuts). The base is in Cebu and the delivery site is mactan, Lapu-lapu City. Rider schedule of delivery is 9am and expected to be done by 2 hours (depends on traffic). Rider will proceed back to base and wait for 2nd delivery if there is.
Qualification:
Must have Prof LTO license 1-2 (at least). With experience in Motorcycle delivery is a big plus (such as Jollibee/ mcdo/ greenwich, etc). Willing to work OT on sundays and holidays. Must know how to operate motorcycle with clutch (we are using brand new Honda CB125 CL). Knows how to drive 4 wheels is a very big advantage since we also have delivery vans and he can be rotated/ reshuffle to drive 4 wheels delivery vehicle. At least high school grad. MUST BE GOD FEARING PERSON.
Employee possible vertical or lateral promotion:
Since this position has more extra time, he can be trained to other positions. In fact if he poses supervisor qualities, he can be trained to supervise other delivery units due his extra time. we other business also that we can train to other positions. "Multi-tasking" is the most secured & safest position one can have =)
