Looking for an Administrative Assistant

Requirements:
1. Male or Female
2. Must have completed at least 2 years of College
3. Must have strong attention to details
4. Must be eager to learn.
5. Willing to work from 8am to 5pm.
6. Willing to work in Apas, Cebu City.

Responsibilities:
1. Must collect the meter readings of both water and electricity every due date
2. Must prepare the rental and utility billings every due date
3. Must collect payment of rental and utilities every due date
4. Must ensure that tenants follow the simple house rules
5. Must report to the management any issues and problems
6. Must screen potential tenants before concluding the Contract of Lease

Roles: The successful candidate has the power to:
1. Refuse entry to the premises if the tenant does not pay
2. Reprimand and report erring tenants who refuse to follow house rules.

Will be under a probationary period of six months before regularization.
Subject to salary increase upon regularization.
Statutory benefits provided such as SSS, Philhealth, PAG-IBIG, 13th month pay.
