TSR job responsibilities:

• Provide client support and technical issue resolution via E-Mail, phone and other electronic medium from our Philippine office in JY Square IT Center, Lahug, Cebu City.
• Configure software to connect to Internet application servers.
• Identify and correct or advise, on operational issues in client computer systems.
• Obtain general understanding of OS and application operations related to company offered services.

The Ideal TSR candidate will also possess the following skills:

• Able to work independently and efficiently
• Able to promptly answer support related email, phone calls and other electronic communications
• Self motivated, detail-oriented and organized.
• Experience with hardware and software issues.
• Proficient in Internet related applications such as E-Mail clients, FTP clients and Web Browsers.
• Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or Technical Support.
• Full-Time positions available
