Default How could foreigners stay here longer? Or how to have multiple entry visa in PHIL?

Naa ko'y American friend who is married to a pinay, and he wants to have multiple entry so that he can come and go or in and out of our country?

Ngano man nga some pinoys pwede man nga ma-grant-an ug multiple entry to US for 10 years....naa ba tay pareho ana diri?

Despite married siya ug pinay, his stay is restricted to 21 days more or less only....ang if granted siya ug stay for a year pero single entry ra sad....

Abi nako kinahangan ta sa ila dollars...so Phil Immigration should grant multiple entry to foreigners specially who are married to pinays....

Is there a way to solve my friend's predicament?

call the bureau of immigration. best advice anyone can give you. there are different options and choices available for your friend. pwede investors' visa, multiple entry visa, dual citizenship, etc. so to know exactly what would suit them/him best, call them. go to their site too for more info

.... if the wifey pinay is a foreign holder passport... she is considered a balikbayan and so is the foreigner husband....google this subject matter and print out when you travel to the Phil.... or better yet google the nearest Phil. Embassy in your area and search for clarrification... or better yet call the nearest Phil. Embassy in your district... just my 2 cents...!

.... balikbayan and the foreign husband or siblings will qualify up to a 1 yr. stay in the Phil. after which you have to extend if you chose to stay longer at the Dept. of Foreign Affairs office in Mandaue if you happen to be in Cebu....!
