hey guys ngayo unta kog ug advice ninyo graduate ko Bachelor of Science Information Technology kanang hesitant ko mangapply ug work kay daghan kaayo ug qualifications kaylangan pareha anang bootstrap,codeigniter,etc., first time naku manggaply ug work ask lang ko kaylangan jud imba ka bsag 1st time? ganahan kaayo ko ug web ug designing ug web programming ug maka ingon ko d jud ko maayo pero familiar ra ko anang bootstrap ug codeigniter kay naka try ko pero d jud maayo or wala juy idea ana,i know the world is full of competition, any advice guys...thanks

Ingon ana gyud na employer TS, grabe ang expectation nila sa mo apply, ang pagsugod ray lisod ana, once you will know sa mga pasikot sikot sa job sisiw nakaau na TS. Good luck og ayaw kahadlok sa gibutang nilang requirements..

apply lang and apply, then what you need to do, is learn from the interviewer.

it is really good if you grasp the concepts of what they are asking, here's the thing, you have no experience and the question is how will the employer know if you are good for the company? the key there doesn't really mean that you have to be good at what they are asking, you just need to be familiar with it and has a good understanding with how it goes.

key things you need to do are,

1. You do not over sell yourself, way more you know.
2. Show interest to the company, when they ask you "is there anything you'd like to learn from us? or any question about the company" then don't hesitate to ask. ask about the nature of work. ask about the tools, processes they are using, best practices...
3. Learn, after the interview.
4. Apply and Apply. Quitters never win.
