Hello mga istoryans. Travel ko alone to Mindanao soon. I bought a one way ticket to Davao arriving June 9. Anyways, Nahan kaau ko mu climb sa peak sa Mt. Apo. Wala pa ko ka hike ug mountains and such pero naka trek naku ginagmay sa Laos ug Cambodia. Kuyog mo kadtung mga bear grylls wannabe dira beh haha I think wala jud koi survival skills. Dili sad ko kabaw mu pitch ug tent. Ahak. Other than mountain hiking sa Mt. Apo ang other activity in mind naku sa Davao kay surfing(lessons)! Oh yeah, surfing sa Dahican Beach.

June 9 ko maabot sa Davao migo, either unahon naku ang surfing lessons or ang climb to mt. apo whichever dates maka agree ang mga tao if naa man gani nahan mu sabay.

ok na na cya imong gi-ingon nga survival instincts nimo sir, what u need i think is a Basic Mountaineering Course (BMC) for preparations sa imong gusto nga buhaton like climbing Mt. Apo.. the BMC will guide u on how to pitch tent, how use burners/stoves and other basics in mountaineering specially the DO's and DONTS or the outdoor ethics..

dili naman guro limited ang ato information... you can browse to net for safety guidelines and etc. pero nindot jud na maka bmc as what master ranzsavior said... enjoy sa trip bro...
