The Business Development Officer will be in charge in developing new accounts or projects for company both for Manila and Cebu team. She will be in charge in negotiating with prospective clients. Will be handling at least 3-5 Account Executives

Requirements:

At least 4 years experience as Business Development Officer or outbound sales
Experience in a BPO setting an advantage
Minimum 2 years Supervisory experience.
Confident, has initiative, self motivated and trustworthy.
Excellent communication skills both in oral and written.
