anytime, newbies are allowed to create a maximum of 3 threads and of 150 posts on that section

Hope this helps.
1. Go to Buy and Sell Section:
Buy / Sell / Trade / Classifieds

2. Select a Category. Example: You are looking/selling a D90 Camera. Then, you are likely going to post under "Photography Equipment & Accessories" section.

3. After you are able to determine the "Category". Click on it, and there you can see the option to "Post New Thread".
