not familiar for voip here sa cebu...wat im using is, vonage pro sa US ni gi subscribe..its $24.99/month....nice iya reception and very clear pod

ingon ani, if naa kay relative sa US, sila ang papalita.. kay dili man na pwede mu ship directly from the provider to the philippines kay bawal man na.. naa man gud nay law ang voip.. ang ila 911 service..

eniwei, kung naa kay relative or friend ngadto, kinahanglan sila ang mupalit, then pag nareceive na nila ang package, anha pa nimu ipa ship diri sa cebu.. u shud have broadband intrernet connecttion to set up.. sayon ra kaau..

basta ang iregister nila sa e911 service kay ang ila address ngadto.. mao ra man na ang ni complicate sa voip.. kay pwede man gud na dalhon anyhwere in the world.. basta naay internet connection..

duke pikaso: correct ka bro...usually its the e911 that complicates...but usually kng ang purpose is to be brought jud outside sa US d nata mo mind ana...actually ive work with a call center nga account namo is vonage thats why im using also vonage sa haus dri cebu (nag pa dala lng ko sa akng mama who is in the US)....usually mao jud na ang problem ky u can bring it anywhere thats why dapat update nmo always ang address if ur in the US..but kng nsa gawas no need na
