yes! im glad you asked! the OS of microsoft windows 7 enterprise and also the installed microsoft office are ALL on each machine LEGAL VALID copies! i cannot give you install disks with the computer, but i assure you that the systems are able to receive full microsoft and IBM product updates and support as the software is legal and was purchased from the US.

the HD size is 250 GB seagate hard drive (i just opened a machine to check)

the memory IS expandable. i looked at the memory slots and there a four slots and in the machine i looked into only 1 piece of memory stick inside.

once again, this is a great machine, and im trying to offer a great deal. this computer will last you a long time is treated correctly.

not brand new, but VERY little usage! you can tell when using/viewing these machines that they are next to brand new! i wont say they are brand new because they aren't, but they are of the highest quality for a used item.
