The Shure Beta 58A is a high-output super-cardioid dynamic vocal microphone. The Shure Beta 58A, with its brightened midrange and bass roll-off, is ideal for close-up vocals and proximity effect control. Its super-cardioid pattern results in exceptional gain before feedback at all frequencies and maximum sound source isolation. This microphone also features a rugged steel mesh grille, an advanced electro-pneumatic shock-mount and a hum-bucking coil to reduce unwanted noise. The Shure Beta 58A has a larger frequency response of 50Hz to 16 kHz. It can withstand rough handling thanks to its rugged construction.
