i cant play a cd or dvd in my new lenovo laptop. do i have to install anyting to make it play?

what you mean can't play? dili maka read ug CD and DVD, or dili maka play like movies... Be specific...

lantawa daw ang Device Manager ts. My Computer > Right click > Properties > click Device Manager
i.check kung walay nakabutang na exclamation point sa "DVD/CD-ROM Drives", kung naa nkabutang meaning its not functioning well or driver issue?

if dili siya mo-read sa imo cd or dvd, try another one.

if wala cd or dvd drive sa imo laptop, check device manager if naa optical drive installed or wala.

brand new or old laptop? try install video codic

try ang Region sa DVD ROM brad. Katry sd ko ana sauna. akong gilawgag orig na DVD gikan sa gawas dli mn nuun mu play. ang region diai kay sayup ang nka set.

there might be a loose contact between the ports inside. please have it warranty check sa store nga imong gipalitan ana.
