hello fellow istoryans,, need your inputs.. let say my purpose is just playing 1080p movies (lag free) and playing light games like ab, pvz, dota ai. i'm also electric bill conscious.thanks for the inputs.

For me, "Broadwell" will be my major upgrade... if its performance is more than 50% (min) compared to my Sandy Bridge CPUs...
or, if the newer games required Haswell or Broadwell... then, its time to have a major upgrade... for my gaming rig... hehehe... hope dili lang usa para dili maka gasto napud... ka sakit baya gyud aning passion nato... mega grrr... but worth all the smiles... hehehe... justify napud... hhhaaayyy...Last edited by lloyd_joy; 04-30-2013 at 11:51 AM.

Depends also kung asa ka gikan, but for me ang pentium line sa Ivy is good enough.. Di lang gyud ko ganahan sa iyang temps tungod kay dli soldered ang Chip sa IHS.. pero electricity wise.. ok lang xa

Kaya gani 1080p sa Pentium B960 with Intel hd graphics.. And im talking about High Profile AVC/X264 video with minimum of 15mbps..
