Pls. i'm in desperate need of help sa ako laptop.

PROBLEM:
Everytime nga moconnect ko sa internet, moments later (5-10 mins.),my cpu usage always goes 100% and never goes down bisan wlay application nga ako gi open maski usa and then magstart na daun og init ako cpu fan. Otherwise (when im not connected to internet/wifi), my laptop is running normally. I really don't know what's the cause of this problem. I have run updated antivirus scans including malwarebytes but the scan results are clean. Believe me, i have tried many possible solutions online, but the problem still exists. The only least/last thing that i could/wouldn't do is to reformat my laptop and even reformatting didn't do the job as my fellow complainers said online. So please if you have experienced this problem or might have any ideas to solve this your HELP is greatly appreciated!

Have you tried looking up the Task Manager and see what programs are using most of the CPU?

Yes, i've tried that already but to no avail. Task Manager was just running normally and it shows no program or process that eats up my cpu. System Idle Process shows 97% and that is normal because i am idling, while taskmgr.exe at 2%.

tha't's a virus infection symptom.

can u please post a screenshots of your installed programs?

most probably u are hit with a snake oil.

have you tried clean install?

meaning, putting all files on back up other than the Laptop Harddisk itself

then install a Win7 ultimate edition 64bit f u have 2GB or more from a CLEAN INSTALLER

RE-Partition Drives : 35% OS | 65% FILES

after installing OS : Move all folder in the profile folder to D:\ , except than AppData..you can move that


Configure windows explorer to show all hidden files and extension


then install and configure AviraFree 2013 : Advance > set autoclean | Delete if fail to Clean

then install USB Disk Security Full

then install speedfan to know ur temp
then install Acer FanSpeed to always enable CPU fan

then install All CPU novo or CPU gadget
then install Network Meter

to know what's happening to ur laptop

install HDD Sentinel to know the integrity and health status of ur HDD



then copy all files from ur backup to the laptop

if it sees a virus, clean or delete
