    Sayun ra kaayo na. Turn off your gadgets Including your TV. Cool down your room temperature. Block the light (if you sleep during the day). Don't eat heavy before bed time. Ingon sila, if you can't sleep after 30 minutes, get out of bed and do something.

    You should try at least the natural way before getting into supplements/additives/meds.
