Guadalupe houses one of THE activity-held centers in the city of Cebu and those who want to settle to a place that is cool-breezed and welcoming, seems to become a near myth. If you are reading this ad, it might be the place you are looking for.

The establishment is being constructed for the benefit of you dear reader. We have rooms w/ affordable rates in a very strategic location. We also reconstructed it in a way that activities like parties and gatherings alike will also be held in the soon-to-be finished infrastructure.

The location is in 3561 J. Labra st., Guadalupe near the way to Langob (Cave of Guadalupe connecting to Lapu-Lapu) as its landmark. The environment is surrounded with Friendly villagers and staff. Also a store is available inside the house itself for convenience. Noise-wise the place is very peaceful and is therefore conducive for sleeping. It takes 1 PUJ ride to transport you to any location around the city proper.

*New concrete rooms, tiles and flooring with individual toilet and bath
*With own electric and water meters
*Secured perimeter fence
*9 sq. meters in space

Guidelines to be followed:
*Maximum of 2 persons per room (no kids allowed)
*1 month refundable deposit and 1 month advance rental upon occupancy.

Rental fee is: Php 4,000.00/month
