istoryans, ask lng ko...kung na blocklist sa isa ka call center company ky 4 times na nadawat sa ilang job fair..but wala nkadaun og apil sa training ky conflict pa kaau sa iya present work..
pwed pa ba mka reapply ani na company kung pwed pila pa ka months ayha mka apply?

Aguy, red alert na. Pangutan-a lag tarong kabahin sa imong application. Kai kung gidawat naka several times niya ikaw ang nidecline for whatever reason. Matingala nana sila kung importante ba sila nimo or naa jud kay first choice.

unsa man d ai gusto mag part time or duha ang employer. kay kung for training na... i think dawat naman jud nah and then i let go nana ang current employer. then common sense na pud nah nga kung naah pa laing work mo conflict jud nah kay they assume nga you are anytime, and they assumes nga wala kah trabaho.

kay kung ako ang HR ani... no chance nani... how many times na gud nga ni decline sa training. so pasabot ana wala na sya nanginahanglan ug trabaho...

if valid reason, ok ra man guro na bsag asa na company..
pero if bati na reason, blocklist means blocklist jd bsag asa na na company CC or not.
