pls HELP: to upgrade old set-up or just replace vga card

as per my thread title, galibog jud bitaw ko if mu upgrade nalang ba ko or palitan lang ug video card ako old set up..

MY CURRENT SET UP:
Processor : Intel Core 2 Duo e4500 @ 2.20ghz
Motherboard : Asus P5GC-MX/1333
Graphic Display : NVIDIA GeForce 210 (maoy gi ilis sa interpace sa aq naguba nga nvidia geforce 8600gt last April 2012)
Memory : 2 gb DDR2
Hard Drive: 160gb

since i'm a gamer, i've asked (last year pa) a fellow online gamer to "set-up" a gaming rig for me with a 20k budget.. mao ni iya recommendation.. (again, last year pa)

I've been postponing my CPU upgrade kay functioning pa man gud (buyag) ako old set-up despite its 5 years of age.. However, karon, murag mag sige mn ug lag basta muduwa kog graphic-heavy games (like guildwars2 and diablo3).. nya aq gi check, di na pa jud pede ang vga card sa minimum requirements sa mga bag-ong graphic-heavy games (sniper elite v2, crysis3)

For now, I'm thinking nga basin ma dala pa ni ako old set-up nya basin pwede ra ilisan ug video card? kaso, sales lang pud guro gi apas, if mangutana kos mga computer shops dires cebu, ingnon ra man kog "palit nalang bag-o mam" or "wala na mi compatible ana nga VGA card mam"

any kind-hearted techy istoryans out there willing to help? ^_^

doable pa ni na rig i upgrade ug videocard, but murag limited ka sa imo selection since im sure generic pa ni imo psu.

magdepende man pud gud nah sa imong gipangduwa.. I suggest mag.upgrade ka, pero pwede nimo ma keep ang imong CASE, POWER SUPPLY, VIDEO CARD, and HDD, pero kailangan pka magpalit Motherboard, processor and Ram... Im assuming gaming rig rah ni..

yes sir, generic pa ni nga PSU (i think).. wala mn ko ka remember nga ga buy kog PSU ani, or gipamahala ra nakos nag assemble...
uu namroblema lagi kos vidcard sir jeremy.. wala man jd gd prob ang cpu, hinay lang jud basta heavy gaming na (i.e. pvp)

as in sir butitoy!! noticeable kaau jud ka2 ni play kog allods before, maka sandbox kog 2 ka game clients with the 8600gt with minimal lag nya after nailisan to gt210 kay uber lag na jud :3

first and foremost if gusto ka moadd gamay sa imong budget.. you could sell your old set-up diri then... you could go for I3 (gamay rag kaon sa kuryente against amd.)
