Powdercoating or Urethane Painting? Which is better?

Sa mga naka experience na on each of these methods,
unsa kaha ang much better ani nlang duha?
powdercoating?? or
urethane painting??

as per:

durability (dugay mo fade? lig-on, dli magcrack or even pak2x)
features (water resistant, aniti-scratch or unsa pa)
finish (sinaw)

This would help for those who want to have decals or paint parts of their MC/car (eg. mags, body etc.)

ang prob lang kay dle pde sa motor na body kay metal ra ang kaya e powder coat because of the process na lutoon pa xa.
yantas ra jd tawn og makina ang ma powder coat sa motoy..tsk3

Since na mention ni Bossjan. Importante jd na moagi ug heating process. Maskin powder pa na ug dili heating process, useless. after a yr pak2x or crack na.

exactly the point why I opened this thread bro . . . i saw man gd mga finish sa powder coat... bt i doubt if pwede sya sa body... some says nindot ang finish sa urethane but then sa akong naresearch pd sa net (ehow) mas nindot jd ang powder coat vs urethane...

well actually, naa daw times na they put some layer of powdercoat ang uban nga naka urethane for its durability (of the powdercoat)... so it's possible they can come along cguro..just need to know w/c part lng ang pwede . . .

hmmp. i dont know bout that. pero sa akong understanding aning powder coat. ang metal part kay ila na e oven. so kung mag butang na sila og urethane basin ma paksit ra sd or ma daot.

to wrap this out, powder coat is better than urethane in terms of durability that is why nga sa mga yantas or engine cover ni sila ipang apply. while urethane kay anha na sila kasagaran sa mga fairing or mga body cover. BTW urethane is a brand of paint man guro na siya while power coat is a process. please correct me if im wrong.
