damn, to be frank, okey lang sa start pero in the long run, dili maayu. ana man gud, in the future, you might end up a weird guy or the weirdest department.

the problem sa internal audit, daghan kag ma kontra sa mga auditee/s. libakon ka sa laing departments. kung mangita kag sayup sa isa ka tawo, in return pangitaan pod kag sayup.

mao gyud. sa previous company naku before nag audit sa finance, wala pa nag start ang audit naa daw ubay2x nang resign. giunhan ang termination. hehe. ikaw ang kahadlokan ug ang topic sa libak. hehehe

it's your job to check if in compliance ba tanan, mura rasad ug nangita ug sayop sa mga tao.

ang comments nga negative sa ta-as about internal audit work is true, pero mao man jud na, that comes with the job. libakon ka, likayan ka kay you have to be objective in your work man gud so they know nga bahala'g friends mo you have this procedure to follow, no biases.... additionally, kuti pud kaayo ni.

ang positive side kay you get to be very knowledgeable sa operations sa company, even in the details of various processes. and so experience ani translates to greater rewards in the future (read: promotion, better career opportunities)... bitaw, i feel nga if wa ko ni surrender sa una ani nga trabaho, maybe i'm some finance executive na karun, raking in higher sweldo. i shifted fields pero happy nuon ko sa work nako although i know mas dako guro ako work if ni stick ko sa ako field and i started in audit...

former auditor sad ko, sauna okey ra man basta imung boss di strict. mau lang ni sa mga daga og ulitawo kay magtravel2 man jud.
True jud ng mga nega nga description sa ibabaw but rewarding and challenging jud. Daghan sad kog mga bad experiences as auditor pero kanang mga libak2 and away magdepende ra man siguro na sa imung approach ...naa man sad koy memorable experiences sad noun especially out of town audits.aside sa experiences ang knowledge og confidence nga imung magain is a plus.
