Milk for 10-year old daughter

Hi Fellow istoryans,

What milk do u suggest for my 10-year old daughter. She was using Bearbrand Choco for a long time but she has allergic rhinitis and sinusitis, so pedia said basin ang choco usa sa mga maka trigger sa allergies..Aside from that, puro sugar lang daw nang mga ingon ana na milk so dili jud nutritious.

She is suggesting for her to use a WHITE milk. Her younger brother has now switched to Pediasure (vanilla) pero mejo lisod pa sa adjustment kay they're used to drinking choco-flavored milk man gud.

Any other suggestions for my older kid since dako naman siya and super mahal ang pediasure. hehe

How about Nestle/Magnolia fresh milk mam? I think daghan gihapon nag sugar ang vanilla flavored milk kai mas tam-is or pareha ka tam-is sa choco milk. Kung gusto jud silag chocolate, try Soyfresh sa S and R. Di sad siya mahal.
