selling my used but not abused free standing (weighted) punching bag. this was bought from Chris sports in Sept of 2012 for 5.5k.

Condition: Mint, no signs of damage or wear. used very occationally

water is used to put weight at the base of the punching bag thus making it stable (water can also be easily taken out for easy transport)



with spring loaded stem.. bends back and recoils to original position after each punch. good for response & timing as well as hand-eye coordination.
