Would you agree that a boss should be always correct?

I have a present encounter with a boss such as "always correct" type even if he's wrong. Thus he even uses your ideas to his satisfaction (crab mentality).

now... here's a good question... would you agree that a boss should be always correct?

in my opinion, my answer is no coz even if a million bosses say or do a wrong thing for whatever reason, it is still a wrong thing.. hehe. although i sometimes try not to care whether my boss is wrong or right .. i mean shut my mouth coz of the trouble that it may cause me if i try to complain or question and in as long as it wont get me into serious trouble why should i bet my job for it. I know we have this certain workplace tradition in the Philippines that promotes this kind of act of our boss and protects them from scrutiny and liabilities. I'd the same experience with you and it was in a call center. I spoke out and complaint and you know what happened? the act was just covered up and i ended up getting an advise that if i didnt want it to happen then i better quit my job... whatta a fantastic advice.. hehe..

they're experienced that's why they think they are always right. Pero naa man pu'y lain na boss na makahibalo na sayop siya ug muangkon then makungatana kung sakto ba siya.. Lahi- lahi ra jud ang boss. But dili jud ko muagree na they are ALWAYS right, cause pareha ra ta tawo magkakamali at magkakamali ..
