Need help for HDTV monitor

I just wanna know a few things since im a noob when it comes to monitors in thesedays...
I'm planning to buy samsung T19B300 LED HDTV monitor

My purpose is to play PS3(although i dont have one yet...) and use my PC to watch downloaded Bluray videos (using my PC)

QUESTIONS:

1. Is this monitor the right choice?
2. I wanted to watch HD movies (the ones with high good looking quality and has a nice reality looking motion), can I do it with this monitor? and btw... my videocard is GeForce 210...
3. Do I need to buy an HDMI cable to play super cool HD movies?

yes he meant 24 inches....

your monitor/tv should have a 1920x1080 (1080p) resolution stated in the specs to display true HD.

you dont need HDMI cable from your pc to display true HD/1080p. you can use dvi cable but there will be no audio. with HDMI cable, there will be video + audio.
