the computer will start but kutob ra siya sa windows LOGO (kana bitaw naay progress bar nga blue ug color), then after ana, mo restart lang ug iyaha... ako nang gi reset ang CMOS setup sa jumper... pero it does not work... restart lang gihapon ug iyaha.
Before pa ni nahitabo, nataptan ni siya ug Trojan nga virus... karon, mao nani ang iyang sakit. Dili man pod nako matangtang ang virus kay mo restart ang PC, dili pod ko kasulod sa windows... please help...

try to start windows on safe-mode and clean your windows properly....
press F8 while restarting your PC so you can choose safe-mode.

chk your hardware.... >>> reinstall windows. dont perform clean install yet. just overwrite the existing windows and see if eliminates the problem.

suwayi sa safe mode bai, dayon e remount sad imo memory, f dili pa gani pag reinstall nlng jst back up ur hdd to another computer nalng

ya... just backup your files.. examples are documents, sheets and etc... that you really need... and try the things we have posted.
