yeah, state first your budget then unsa nga form factor imo gusto (ATX / mATX / ITX), then for what purose (gaming / htpc / general purpose... etc.)

but if strictly intel vs asus brand question.... asus pud ko... more choices

i3-3220 3.30ghz 3mb.. sori late reply.. pang gaming ni cya nga dugay sd maguba gyud.. kay para sulit.. mga less than 3k.. kung pwd gani 2k...

go for ASRock... bang for the hard earned money... they have plenty of models to choose too... but for your stated two brands... im in for an Asus brand...
