I've heard of Citiseconline and I've seen people earn a lot through this investment.

my best advice is to read books written by the best investors like Peter Lynch, William O'Neill, Marty Zweig and others. Learn from the best.

advantage of a book is that you can revisit them to review the principles and ideas. these things cannot be contained in just a few seminars. seminars are expensive and cover little. I know I have attended one from a supposedly guru writing even a column in a high end business newspaper. All he said was already in the books and he only discussed very few and very basic things. what can you cover in a half-day or even 2-day seminar?

Me, I started reading books in 1998. Intermittently of course, depending on when I get hold of the books. I have read a lot, I have my own library of stock investing books. I started investing in 2009 when I realized that what was happening was discussed in the books I have read. I performed well, but I am not saying all the stocks I bought went up, that is impossible. My citiseconline account is up around 80% since 2009. It went up to 100% for a time. Believe me, you need books, not tips on specific stocks to buy or tips that you should buy now or sell now. What you need is knowledge so you can decide for yourself what to buy, when to buy or sell.

PSE doesn't teach the skills on how to pick good stocks. Basics about investing lang na ilang covered sa ilang lectures such as basics about stock market investing, benefits of investing in the stock market, etc.
Technical, fundamental, and sentiment analysis which are very important are not taught by PSE Lectures.
